Poor Poet's Meals

This will be a continuing series of recipes I created in my very own kitchen with two things in mind.

1. Cheap cheap cheap.
Everyone knows poets ain't got no money. So these recipes will be easy on the pocketbook.

2. Cheap doesn't mean Hamburger Helper or Kraft Macaroni and Cheese. These meals will be tasty and with a few gourmet flourishes to satisfy any snooty, finicky guest who may someday pay you money to sit at home and write poetry. Hope springs eternal.
